You can bet I was appalled when I quit my job to write full-time and still couldn’t get words on the page.
Creative blocks are often linked to fear. In this audio course, I teach you my favorite (not-boring) meditation practices that helped me calm my nervous system enough to write my first novel.
By the end, you’ll join 1,000s of happy students in learning at least one simple practice you can use in your regular routine to gain full access to your innate creativity.

What you'll learn:
By the end, you'll know which meditation style reliably gets you into creative flow.
Day 1
Build Your Creative Routine:
We talk about how to design a routine that works for you, and practice a few easy, seated yoga poses focused on the sacral chakra, the energy center associated with creativity.
Day 2
Know Your Why:
We talk about why self-sabotage comes up when we start in earnest on a long-desired creative project, and practice a powerful visualization meditation called Parts Work or Inner Council.
Day 3
Maintain Momentum:
We talk about the inner critic and the nervous system, and use the voice to practice a Bija mantra, focused on the fifth chakra, the throat, which is the energetic center of self-expression.
Day 4
Survive Disillusionment:
We talk about how it feels to complete your creative work, and practice channel writing, supported by a guided visualization to receive input from your intuition.
Day 5
Creativity Is The Cure:
Finally, we talk about why we create and what it means to be attached to an outcome. We practice a form of silent meditation called anapana to bring patience and persistence into our creative work.
